In a warm and safe environment I help couples that feel dissatisfied and disconnected in their relationship grow to have happy and healthy lives together! I enjoy teaching communication skills so that they are able to be present with each other, understand each other and resolve differences. With that, there's incredible growth in areas including sex, parenting, finances, and family of origin issues. I also enjoy working with those struggling with anxiety and depression; helping to set them free to love and live fully!

I believe therapy is a collaborative effort between you (the true expert of your life) and your therapist. I often use a Cognitive Behavioral approach, a Solution-Focused approach, Inner Healing, EMDR, DBT, Mindfulness, and other tools and modalities respective to the need.

I have 20 years of experience in psychotherapy. I've been an Adjunct Professor in Psychology and Director of a Counseling Center for 20 years and helped to found the South Florida Association of Christian Counselors.
