Hello, my name is Julia Sanna and I would love to help you thrive in your everyday life! I am dual licensed in Florida as a Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), and a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I am a Christ follower who respects the importance of your faith in achieving therapy goals. I have been helping clients thrive since 2007 through therapy, coaching, classes and skills building.
I specialize in helping couples repair and enrich their relationships through premarital counseling, couples therapy and marriage education. I aim to help clients move past breakups, hang-ups and set achievable goals. I offer a hope-focused approach to your emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing.
I am passionate about working with faith-based communities and I provide mental health services and resources to churches and nonprofits. My therapy practice is based on this Scripture "Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God." 2 Cor 1:3-4.
I also partner with organizations serving black and brown communities to expand access to mental health care. I have been involved in creating minority therapist networks in Palm Beach County and the African diaspora that provide free mental health webinars streamed around the world.
